Pakistan’s Sazgar Engineering Works Limited has expanded internationally by opening a new three-wheeler assembly plant in the Philippines.
The plant was inaugurated by Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and will assemble around 12,000 vehicles annually, including electric and petrol-powered three-wheelers.
With this move, Sazgar is entering the Southeast Asian market, introducing passenger, commercial and electric vehicles. The company already exports its three-wheelers and parts to more than 20 countries worldwide.
