Jaecoo Pakistan Offers Free Battery Protection Upgrade for J7 Owners After Taobat Incident
NexGen Auto has introduced an upgraded Battery Protection Sheet for all upcoming Jaecoo J7 vehicles after safety concerns emerged following a recent incident in Taobat, Neelum Valley.
According to the company, every Jaecoo J7 delivered after May 15, 2026, will come equipped with this new enhancement as part of its latest product improvement initiative. Current Jaecoo J7 owners will also be provided the Battery Protection Sheet at no additional cost through authorized Omoda & Jaecoo dealerships nationwide.
The installation booking process is scheduled to start from July 1, 2026. Customers will be able to arrange appointments online through QR code registration and dealership booking systems for the upgrade installation.
