Lahore Traffic Police officials have stated that the department has incorporated New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) into its fleet as part of its continuing efforts to modernize operations. At present, two different models are being used by the force.
These include the BYD Atto 3, a fully electric SUV, and the BYD Shark 6, a plug-in hybrid pickup truck. Both vehicles have been deployed for daily patrols and other official operational tasks.
