The Audi A6 Sportback e-tron has entered the Guinness World Records by traveling an impressive 1,338 km on a single battery charge, marking the longest distance ever covered by an electric vehicle without recharging.
The record-breaking journey took place across Poland and lasted for more than 45 hours. During the drive, the Audi achieved remarkably low energy consumption of just 7.09 kWh per 100 km.
The production version of the A6 Sportback e-tron comes with a 94.9 kWh usable battery and offers an official WLTP range of up to 777 km. The record demonstrates how driving conditions, speed and efficiency can significantly extend an EV’s real-world range.
